Brendan completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science in 2012 at Victoria University and is currently completing a Masters in Strength and Conditioning through Edith Cowan University. He has been heavily involved in clinical pilates since 2007 both as a patient and as an instructor. As a result he is able to combine this with his knowledge of biomechanics and exercise science to aid client’s rehabilitation and work towards preventing further injuries, whilst also enhancing athletic performance.
In his spare time Brendan has travelled around the world playing Ultimate Frisbee for Australia travelling to places such as Canada, USA, China, Singapore and hopefully London next year.
Whilst meeting his Ultimate commitments he also competes regularly at a national level in track and field with the hope of one day sprinting for the Australian Team. Brendan’s ambition is to be at the forefront of exercise and sport research and implement his scientifically backed findings to improve the health, wellbeing, and sports performance of his clients.
